Announcing Rox for Microsoft 365 Copilot

November 17, 2025

Today, we are excited to announce that Rox is partnering with Microsoft to bring our Revenue Agents to Microsoft Copilot.

Rox builds Revenue Agents for Global 2000. Since launching from stealth last year, we have had the opportunity to serve 5000+ organizations across the globe across different sectors. These include leading financial institutions, energy, healthcare, manufacturing, semiconductors and sovereign AI stacks. Working with end users (account managers, account executives) in these companies, it is abundantly clear that having Rox agents available via Microsoft Copilot would significantly boost their productivity.

Why?

Customer-facing reps spend a fair bit of their day responding to emails, creating slide-decks and filling out proposals – all in their office 365 suite. A couple of use cases include:

  1. Proposals - A request for proposal containing a list of questions in Microsoft Excel which requires digging through organizational knowledge and filling in questions around SLAs, Support & Infosec.

  2. Slide-decks - Building Powerpoints for QBRs or Account plans which require doing research across usage data, public internet data, organizational charts.

However, a vast majority of the time the information they need is scattered across multiple data systems and reps need an easy agentic conversational interface that can sift through the information, orchestrate and reason to precisely give them the information necessary. This is where Rox comes in.

How?

Organizations increasingly have their data scattered across a wide range of sources, including structured data in core business systems like CRMs, ERPs, and support tools; time-series and behavioral data stored in their data warehouses; and unstructured data such as emails, call transcripts, and publicly available content from the open web.One of our founding hypotheses was that the structured data in business systems like the CRM is being moved into the warehouse. We now have extensive validation that this is happening in the enterprise and many of our customers use Azure Databricks for the warehouse. Rox was built to be warehouse-native as the context layer.

We built a custom proprietary knowledge graph that sits on top of the warehouse and unifies data from the disparate data sources to serve as the context layer. On top of that, Rox manages a swarm of agents - one agent per customer relationship. The agent orchestrates and reasons, becoming responsible for research, outreach, meeting prep, opportunity management and more, making the CRM completely invisible. End users can chat with their agents conversationally as their main interface for completing daily workflows.

When?

Rox already runs more than 25M agents and 1T+ tokens in production today. Providing enterprise end users the ability to tap into this from where they work via Microsoft Copilot gives users incredible flexibility to do their work faster and opens a whole host of possibilities.

The Rox agent will be available in the Microsoft app store by the end of the year. We are super excited for the future ahead and the partnership between Microsoft and Rox!
