Rox named the only Visionary in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Revenue Action Orchestration

Rox makes its debut in the report as the sole vendor positioned in the Visionaries quadrant.
Rox has been named a Visionary in the 2026 Gartner® Magic Quadrant™ for Revenue Action Orchestration. In our first appearance in the report, we are the only vendor positioned in the Visionaries quadrant.
This is a milestone for our team and customers who are helping shape Rox. Our operating belief is that revenue agents should take on more of the work required to grow a business. That means understanding all accounts, tracking changes, and carrying that context into actions.
Revenue work needs connected context
Revenue teams spend hours piecing together information before they can act. Account history is in the CRM, while buyer conversations live in email and meeting transcripts. Meanwhile, product usage and billing data are elsewhere. To fully understand a customer, reps have to connect those sources and repeat the process across their accounts.
At Rox, we believe revenue AI needs a persistent understanding of the customer to do that work well, both for each customer and across the book of business. New signals should inform outreach, while a conversation should update the account. And all future interactions must build on what the team already knows.
One revenue agent. Many capabilities.
Rox brings this work together through one revenue agent, with dedicated context for each account across the revenue lifecycle. It helps teams research accounts, engage buyers, prepare for meetings, and move deals forward.
Our approach starts with a shared foundation of enterprise data and customer context. Rox connects information from business systems and public sources so that research, suggestions, and actions all draw on the same complete understanding of accounts. Our warehouse-native architecture enables teams to use permissioned enterprise data as part of that context.
That context carries into execution. Teams can use Rox to turn account signals into outreach, prepare for a call using the history of the relationship, and capture next steps after a meeting. Permissions and approval controls govern how work gets done.
We also work closely with customers to put Rox into practice. Growth strategists and forward-deployed engineers are assigned to each customer to ensure the data and workflows are tuned to each organization’s selling motion.
Building with our customers
We are proud to be named a Visionary in this year’s report. Our focus remains on making Rox more useful in the daily work of revenue teams, from the first account signal through deal execution and growth.
Thank you to our customers and partners for their trust and feedback, and to the Rox team for bringing this vision to life.
