Where do the leads come from, and how does it know who’s a good fit?
The agent runs a search from your prompt and keeps it running in the background, so new matching leads continue to arrive. Every lead gets a fit assessment with the reasoning shown next to it, so you can see why each person was included and filter by fit.
How long does it take to set up?
As long as it takes to describe who you want to reach. Click Outbound agent, write the prompt, and hit enter. There’s no list to build, form to fill out, or onboarding.
How do I control what the agent says?
Agent tuning holds a brief that every message is written from, where you set the target, the goal, and the positioning, and the agent can also draw on account research, person-level research, and your own internal documents.
If a message still isn’t right, every step shows the instructions that generated it, so you can edit the instruction once and push it across every contact in the sequence.
Am I still in control of what goes out?
Yes. Steps can be set to manual send so nothing sends without you, and autopilot can be paused at any point. Edits to a running agent are held as unsaved drafts until you save or discard them, so an agent isn’t disturbed mid-edit.
