Edit and Manage Clever Columns

Once you’ve added a Clever Column, you can edit the prompt, change its position in your view, or show/hide it as needed. Here’s how.

✏️ Edit a Clever Column

1. Click the column header
   • Hover over any Clever Column and click its header.
2. Choose “Update Prompt”
   • A prompt editor will appear.
3. Modify your question
   • Example: Change from generate revenue from B2C to use a direct-to-consumer model.
4. Click “Update Prompt”
   • Rox will re-run the research with your updated prompt and refresh the results.

↔️ Move a Clever Column

1. Click the column header
   • Hover over the column you want to move.
2. Choose “Move Left” or “Move Right”
   • Reposition the column in your view.
   • Example: Move your most important column to the far left so it’s the first thing you see.

👁️ Show or Hide Clever Columns

1. Click the “+” button at the top right of your view
   • This opens your hidden columns panel.
2. Find the hidden column
   • Example: A previously hidden column like “Main Products” will appear in the list.
3. Click to reveal
   • The column will return to your active view.

Tip

Use column reordering to bring the most useful signals (like buying intent or product fit) to the front. And don’t worry—editing a prompt won’t lose your history; Rox automatically refreshes the research with the new criteria.
